Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Search Data

We store the company names, target roles, product descriptions, and AI-generated outreach content associated with your searches. This data is tied to your account and used to power your search history.

Billing Information

If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data such as the number of searches performed per month in order to enforce plan limits.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the ProspectAI service. Specifically, we use it to: authenticate your account, generate AI-powered outreach content based on your inputs, enforce free plan search limits, process payments and manage your subscription, and display your search history.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not use your search inputs or generated outputs for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage. Your account data and search history are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. Learn more at supabase.com/privacy.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments for Pro plan subscriptions. Stripe handles all payment data and is PCI DSS compliant. Learn more at stripe.com/privacy.

Tavily

We use Tavily to perform real-time web searches when generating outreach content. Your company search queries are sent to Tavily's API. Learn more at tavily.com/privacy.

Anthropic

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate outreach copy based on your inputs and web research results. Your prompts, including company names and product descriptions, are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's API usage policies apply. Learn more at anthropic.com/privacy.

ProspectAI uses cookies to manage authentication sessions. These are strictly necessary cookies set by Supabase SSR and are required for the app to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

We retain your account data and search history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing, or to request a copy of your data in a portable format.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of ProspectAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
