Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ProspectAI in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProspectAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.

ProspectAI is a web-based tool that uses AI and real-time web research to generate personalized B2B sales outreach content, including cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences, based on information you provide about a target company and role.

The service is provided as-is for productivity and research purposes. Generated content is intended as a starting point for your outreach and should be reviewed and adapted before use.

Free Plan

Free accounts are limited to 3 prospect searches per calendar month. Limits reset at the start of each month. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro Plan

Pro accounts receive unlimited searches for a monthly subscription fee. Billing is handled through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page, and cancellation takes effect immediately.

Plan Changes

We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

ProspectAI generates AI-powered content based on publicly available information and your inputs. We make no representations or warranties that the generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that using ProspectAI will result in sales meetings, closed deals, or any other business outcome. Results depend entirely on how you use the generated content, the quality of your product or service, and factors outside our control.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in your outreach.

You agree not to use ProspectAI to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or any communication that violates applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR
• Generate content that is harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or proprietary data
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice or refund.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (company names, product descriptions, etc.) and the AI-generated outputs produced for your account.

ProspectAI and its underlying technology, design, and brand are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. In the case of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of a paid subscription.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProspectAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ProspectAI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
